  • Orders mean a request placed by you to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Website refers to Aarambh Furnishing.

  • You refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using our services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled with a full refund only before manufacturing or processing begins.

  • Once the design proof or order details are approved, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Sample orders, customized products, and installation kits are non-cancellable.

  • To cancel an order, you must provide a clear written request.

Return Policy

  • Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

  • Returned products must be shipped to the address shared by our support team.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during return transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned goods or valid proof of return delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Products damaged during transit must be reported with unboxing photos or videos within 24 hours of delivery.

No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer.

  • There were three failed delivery attempts by the courier partner.

  • The package was refused by the customer at delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Wallpapers, curtains, or blinds manufactured as per customer specifications.

  • Products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons.

  • Items that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Customized wallpapers approved by the customer after digital proof confirmation, as all our wallpaper collections are manufactured on demand.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • No transaction or processing fees will be deducted.

  • Installation charges, labor costs, or any third-party expenses are non-refundable.

Design & Customization Assistance

  • For premium wallpaper orders, Aarambh Furnishing may provide design assistance to help customize designs as per wall measurements.

  • Design time allotted depends on the total wallpaper area ordered.

  • Any additional design or customization charges are non-refundable in case of order cancellation.

  • If the allotted design time is exceeded, extra design charges will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.

  • This policy overrides any general refund assurances.
